With the advent of new internet technology trends, many new career choices are being opened day by day. Today app development is increasing so much in demand but web development is a field which is not going anywhere soon. 

An android developer is an application developer which prepares and develops the application for Google play store. On the other side a web developer is the person responsible for the development, coding and modifying websites as per according to client needs.

There are many differences between both of these IT roles. Let’s focus on them briefly -

• Web development can be very easy especially to make single page websites but on the other side very difficult for ecommerce websites. Android application development also requires some additional skills of operating systems and mobile devices for application.

• Android developer develops the applications only for mobiles but a web developer has to develop websites and apps that we see on the internet.

• For website development, the level of complexity can be very different according to front-end, back-end and full stack web development but android developer difficulties vary as per according to the operating system and device compatibility.

• Both web developers and android developers should have knowledge of database handling to store the user visits data and content.

• Web developers need the HTML, XSS and Javascript alike basic languages, but android developers need to work on APK files and APK installer for mobile applications.
